Please note that USPS is still experiencing delays caused by the pandemic. USPS is dealing with limited staffing due to social distancing guidelines and they continue to work through high volumes of shipments.
We highly recommend you communicate to your customers that delays with USPS shipments are expected. Our customer support team does not have additional information at the moment, beyond our tracking pages/tracking event updates.
Since the start of the pandemic last year, most carriers have removed any service and delivery time guarantees. Delivery times shown are an estimate.
At the moment, these delays are only affecting U.S. bound shipments with USPS First Class & Priority mail services.
