Happy Family Day! We hope you take advantage of the upcoming long weekend to spend quality time with your loved ones. 

Here are more details for our hours of operation, as we reflect this annual statutory holiday on Monday, February 21. 

  • Sunday [Feb 20]
    • Ontario: OPEN*, Regular Hours of 12PM – 3PM.
      • All USPS shipments received on Sunday will be delivered to the carrier on Monday as per usual
      • Domestic and International shipments received on Sunday will be processed on Tuesday
      • London branch is CLOSED
    • British Columbia: CLOSED
  • Monday [Feb 21] 
    • Ontario: OPEN*, Special Hours of 11AM – 4PM.
      • London branch is CLOSED
      • Limited pickup service in GTA
      • No pickups from Drop & Go locations
        • Toronto East – CLOSED
        • Midtown Toronto – CLOSED
        • Kitchener – Special Hours, 9:30AM – 7:30PM
        • Hamilton – Regular Hours, 8:30AM – 11PM
    • British Columbia: OPEN, Special Hours of 11AM – 4PM.
      • No pickups from Drop & Go locations
      • Limited pickup service in Richmond
  • Tuesday, [Feb 22] 
    • Back to Regular Business Hours of 11AM – 7PM.
