PostNL Service Alerts
April 6
Due to a strike, PostNL is experiencing delays in the delivery of mail and parcels to Peru.
Expected Delays: 4-7 days.
April 7
Due to an IT issue at Pos Indonesia, PostNL was not able to provide tracking information for parcels to Indonesia. No more delays are expected as this issue has already been resolved.
As of April 21st, these following countries have been experiencing service delays due to numerous factors:
- Brazil: Due to limited air capacity, PostNL is experiencing delays in the delivery of mail and parcels with express service to Brazil.
Expected Delays: 14 days.
- Bulgaria: PostNL is currently not able to provide tracking information for items to Bulgaria due to an IT issue.
Expected Delays: No tracking.
- Cayman Islands: Due to restricted flight capacity, PostNL is currently not able to deliver mail and parcels to the Cayman Islands.
Expected Delays: No delivery.
- Saint Lucia: Similar to the Cayman Islands, PostNL is currently not able to deliver mail and parcels to Saint Lucia due to restricted flight capacity.
Expected Delays: No delivery.
