Happy New Year!
We’ll provide you with a fresh, brand-new list of updates to be aware of for a hassle-free shipping experience with Stallion Express as you start your 2022. Let’s get started:
Due to the turbulent winter storm that affected the province of Ontario, a few of Stallion’s services were interrupted last January 17 to ensure the safety of our employees and clients.
This caused some of our major services such as pickups and U.S. cross-border trip to be cancelled while temporarily closing both our Canada and U.S. locations. Everything has resumed since then and we’re back to normal operations.
The Stallion team made two video tutorials (Credits Page and Statements Page) for educational purposes. We highly recommend you watch these tutorials to take advantage of all our new features!
This will greatly help the upcoming tax season with more details and information on your business transactions with Stallion Express.
The carrier fee increase occurs yearly due to inflation and last January 9, a new set of pricing has become effective.
For U.S. shipping, USPS First Class service’s First-Class Package had an average increase of 7.4% while an average of 6% has been added to Stallion Economy USA’s new pricing rate.
Meanwhile, for international shipping, there was an average raise of 7.5% for APC Priority Worldwide’s tracked and non-tracked features, depending on the country. No action is required from you as we’ve made the pricing updates to our system, which will appear for you automatically.
We’re happy to introduce to you direct Canada Post, another domestic shipping service on our list, now available for our Ontario clients! Shipments with this service are dropped off to the nearest Canada Post office directly from our Stallion branches. Tracking updates from the carrier will appear much faster, although there will be a slight price increase compared to Stallion Economy Canada.
Never miss a beat on quick updates with our newly-updated Stallion notification features!
Simply log in to your Stallion account, click the Notifications tab found in the left pane, and select Account Notifications or General Announcements to check which updates you may have accidentally skipped. You may also access this by checking the notification bell on the top-right corner, between your profile icon and credit balance.
Our Domestic return labels will now have your personal address as the default Ship To address. This can also be customized when creating your return label.
To view your address, just go to the Profile icon in the upper right corner of your Stallion dashboard > click Settings in the drop-down menu > then select Account Owner tab.
