What a way to wrap up the Q3 shipping season! To stay on track with the current Stallion updates, check out the summary for the roundup of announcements and updates for September.
Updated PostNL service to GB and AU
Our international partner carrier, PostNL has improved their service with faster shipping of 4 to 7 business days to the United Kingdom and 7 to 13 business days to Australia at a reasonable cost.
Instead of PostNL labels, Royal Mail 48 labels will be generated for UK shipments while Australia Post labels will be printed for packages heading to Australia.
Note: This service is only applicable for PostNL’s tracked service.
Assigning a default email for shipping updates
Instead of the email on file, Stallion clients can now assign a (default) email address when receiving updates on their international shipments. This is to prevent you from getting flooded with updates.
To add a default email on your Stallion account, follow these steps:
Go to Settings by clicking your initials avatar at the top right part > then select New Shipments tab.
Under the Default Settings, type in the email address where you want to receive notifications for your international shipments.
In an effort to ensure you’re aware of any service disruptions that may impact your business, please see the postal and carrier alerts and updates around the globe.
We will update regularly with continuing news and information as we receive it, in order to keep your operations informed.
