USPS Ground Advantage

Introducing USPS Ground Advantage, the new streamlined shipping service that combines USPS First-Class Package and Parcel Select Ground into one convenient option. As a result, the USPS First Class and USPS Parcel Select Ground services will no longer be available.

U.S. Returns Agreement

We have updated the U.S. Returns Agreement. If you still need to do so, please visit the Returns Page and complete the one-time terms and conditions form.

Note: A one-time $5 fee is applied for completing the new form.

System Updates

New HS Code Policy

The New HS Code Policy is an update for significant changes impacting shipments destined for the  European Union (EU), Norway, and Switzerland. Effective immediately, new regulations concerning the Harmonized System (HS) tariff code for these shipments exist. All shipments arriving in the EU must now include specific item descriptions and the appropriate HS tariff code for each shipped item. 

Customized Information and Values Feature

This latest update allows you to customize product information suitable for your business needs. This lets you set custom information and values on your Product page. Consider specifying your product's Harmonized System (HS) code, country of origin, and customs value based on SKU.

To ensure a seamless implementation of these settings, the store will be re-synced, effectively overriding the values displayed for each order.

Updated Import Templates

We've updated our CSV templates to support the recent HS Code mandate when importing and creating your shipping labels. With the new templates, line items sharing an order ID will seamlessly merge with the previous lines having the same order ID, streamlining your import process. 

In this upgrade, we have made specific enhancements by removing certain fields:

• Description
• Value
• Currency
• Weight

We also introduced new fields, including the following:

• Item Description
• Item Quantity
• Item Value
• Item HS Code
• Item Country Of Origin
• Total Weight
