As we move towards the holidays, a.k.a. the busy season, it is encouraged to set expectations with your customers if they look forward to the packages arriving before Christmas. Please keep in mind the dates mentioned to ensure a smooth shipping process.
We've shared a step-by-step tutorial video on how to ship FBA shipments. This will serve as a guide towards the process for our Stallion clients who have an Amazon store.
New U.S. Address for Stallion Montreal clients
For our Stallion clients located in Montreal, Quebec who were either using their own or third-party labels when shipping FBA to the U.S., the assigned U.S. address has now been updated to:
- 1702 State Route 11 STE 2
Mooers NY 12958
This will be reflected in your Stallion account via Dashboard > U.S. Address.
The reason for being notified is that these are third-party labels. Their U.S. address must be updated on their postage provider portal or Amazon seller account from the old address (Sanborn, New York) to the new address for the returns to be sent to the correct U.S. facility.
