More updates are waiting for you from last November but as expected, we’d like you to stay in the know with just a slice of information.
Here’s a brief of the updates and announcements that occurred last month:
Due to inclement weather, there will be major delays for shipments when entering and exiting the province of B.C. No updates have been given by our carrier partners as of yet, concerning when delivery times will resume as ground transportation continues to be affected and major highways are closed with more rain to come.
We will continue to work with our carrier partners to share updated information.
Stallion Economy Canada service for the region of B.C. is now changed to direct Canada Post model. Being, no zone-skipping will occur, therefore, rates will be higher than normal, but delivery times should be expedited.
On November 15, we launched FedEx USA as an addition to our U.S. shipping services for large and heavy shipments, now available for all Stallion users.
FedEx USA has three postage types: FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, and FedEx Standard Overnight. Visit our blog for more information.
The new multiple credit cards feature allows you to store more than one credit card option in your Stallion account to make every payment transaction smoother.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit cards when enabling this nifty feature.
In case you want to be contacted using an email address that is different from your sign-up email, Stallion users can now add additional contact information in the account settings.
To make changes in the account contact info, go to your Dashboard > Account section at the lowest part of the page > click Account Settings button where you can find the Account Owner tab > add your phone number and email address on the Contact Details section.
With the recent supplies update, you must first receive an email confirmation before picking up your supply order. Orders are usually filled by our warehouse team within 24-48hrs.
Note the pickup location for your supplies will be what’s selected in your Account Settings > Your Branch.
Last November 19, we bid farewell to Stallion Domestic — one of our Canada shipping services.
Meanwhile, our team has introduced Stallion Economy Canada in replacement to Stallion Domestic service, with lower shipping costs for Canadian shipments through our national carrier partner, Canada Post.
