Attention Canadian online sellers! A cheaper and faster way of shipping to customers in the United Kingdom and Australia is now live. 

In partnership with PostNL, shipments will be delivered to your recipient with faster delivery times of 4 to 7 business days to the UK and 7 to 13 business days to Australia. Additionally, notice savings of around 25 to 30% more when compared to the previous option with PostNL.

You may see that the new PostNL labels generated for shipments to the UK will be a Royal Mail label, delivering within 48 hours once it’s cleared in the customs going to the UK and is accepted by Royal Mail

While for shipments heading to Australia, an international Australia Post label will be printed.

*Note: New shipment labels are not applicable with Int’l Packet Untracked, only for Tracked postages.

What does this mean for you? With postage labels coming directly from the final mile carrier (destination country’s local post office), it guarantees expedited delivery times and service. It also simplifies and streamlines end-to-end tracking.

*As the supply chain is still recovering and working through limited cargo flights, some delays may occur for shipments traveling to Australia. This is most notable for rural areas outside the metropolitan area.
