Oh, how time flies! There’s no denying that 2023 was the year of team wins and milestones. As we reflect on a memorable year, let’s backtrack on the major highlights in the timeline.
And so, let’s begin!
It has offered direct printing on your thermal label printer by entirely skipping your browser’s print configuration altogether, which saves you time with just a few clicks.
The weight scale feature has skipped the typical inputting of shipment weight per individual parcel by connecting your digital weight scale. It is recommended to leave your weight scale on before setting the weight unit and placing your shipment.
The pick and pack process has been simplified through batch printing shipping labels based on SKU #. This has kept you from visiting our warehouse for different SKUs and stations.
Our Quickship feature has enabled you to ship a single parcel without creating batches. It is applicable to eCommerce sellers who simply require a single package to be shipped though importing in bulk.
We opened our drop & go locations in Durham and Toronto West this month. This allows our Stallion clients to conveniently access our locations by dropping off their shipments.
PostNL has been available as one of our international postage options for Stallion clients in Quebec.
This nifty feature has allowed you to personalize the columns on your Stallion dashboard, showing only the information you select that is relevant to your business needs.
This month, Stallion collaborated with Wonderment, a post-purchase customer experience platform that helps online sellers minimize WISMO (“Where Is My Order?”) tickets and client support inquiries while increasing customer retention.
The partnership showcased features like order tracking, shipping emails & SMS, and shipment reporting & analytics.
USPS Ground Advantage was introduced as the streamlined shipping service that incorporates USPS First-Class Package and Parcel Select Ground into one convenient option. For that reason, both latter mentioned services are no longer available.
The New HS Code Policy was an update for significant changes that will affect shipments destined for the European Union (EU), Norway, and Switzerland. This policy was in regard to the Harmonized System (HS) tariff code for these shipments that exist. All shipments arriving in the EU must include specific item descriptions and the appropriate HS tariff code for each shipped item.
This update has allowed you to customize product information suitable for your business needs and sets custom information and values on your Product page.

We’ve updated our CSV templates to support the recent HS Code mandate when importing and creating your shipping labels. With the new templates, line items sharing an order ID will seamlessly merge with the previous lines having the same order ID, streamlining your import process.
This month, Stallion was recognized on eBay Canada as a carrier, revolutionizing the eBay selling experience with this cooperation. This has brought the utmost convenience and efficiency to sellers, enhancing streamlined shipping processes and effective tracking solutions for both online sellers and recipients.

Meanwhile, APC was no longer shown on the Stallion dashboard as one of the postage options by the last week of October.
Stallion teamed up with UniUni for the postage option for delivering shipments within the GTA. This ground shipping service has 2 to 8 business days transit times and cost-effective rates starting at $4.89 CAD.
Other features include Stallion Protection coverage, returns service, and up to 3 delivery attempts to the recipient.
