We may be heading close towards a prosperous 2022, but each of us at Stallion will never forget to end Q4 with a bang after a busy yet fulfilling year-round journey with you!
Our team is here once again to give you some Stallion bite-sized updates for December. Let us take a look at the highlights for this month:
As of December 15, shipments received by the Stallion B.C. branch were still on a backlog due to turbulent weather. This mainly affected shipments that were received mid-November, during the first wave of major floods sending the province into a state of emergency.
The Stallion Team can now confirm movement of these shipments as they will be delivered by our carrier partner, Canada Post. Please check your tracking page for more info.
On December 14, we introduced the Canadian Return Label feature that makes returns easier with just a single click of a button.
Canada Post is the final mile carrier for this service. Costs will vary by weight, dimensions, type of package, and the recipient’s address – likely similar to your original outbound cost. Your customer can then drop off their package to any Canada Post location near them!
On December 9, there was an update with the reference fields on printed labels.
Two references are given in the following sequence format: the shipment & user IDs and the order ID if present.
Ultimately, we were glad to announce the lucky winners of the Stallion Vancouver Giveaway!
One (1) B.C. user won the grand prize of a trip for two to Honolulu, Hawaii and another 55 Stallion users snagged up to $500 shipping credits! To maintain the confidentiality of our client’s personal information, the winners of the successful activity were contacted via email.
