Yes, you’ve seen it right – Stallion Express has arrived in BC! 

Our official grand opening date at our Vancouver Branch will be on Wednesday, September 1.

We also have two Drop & Go locations in Burnaby and Delta, provided by our exclusive partners - The Packaging Depot.

Here are the details:

Please note our Drop & Go locations do not accept Amazon FBA shipments. These shipments must be dropped off directly at our branch location.

Follow these instructions for our Drop & Go locations.

  1. You must close and print your batch label, regardless of the number of shipments and the services selected. Otherwise, our partners will not accept your shipments.
  2. Find the designated yellow bin at the store location and place all your shipments there. Note the cut-off time for same-day pickup.
  3. Hand your batch label for scanning to the front desk at The Packaging Depot.

Along with our team’s exciting branch opening on the West Coast, we’d like to share more details on our offered services to expect a smoother transaction like no other.

Please note that all shipping labels purchased from Stallion Express must be dropped off at our locations. Do not drop off your shipments directly to the carrier (e.g. UPS stores, Canada Post offices, etc.) otherwise, penalties and fines will occur.

Services Provided:

  • US Shipping

It’s no surprise that our most popular service is US Shipping due to the booming shopping demand from our neighbours! Now, we’ve made it cost-effective by providing you affordable service rates – may it be through USPS, UPS, Amazon FBA, and FedEx USA!

Take note that we do accept third-party postage for US Shipping to support your business’ needs - whether it be Poshmark, Wayfair or Amazon FBA. 

  1. USPS - Ship with the U.S. national carrier that provides the most economical shipping rates and unparalleled delivery times. Choose from popular services like USPS First Class, Priority and Parcel Select Ground. 

We recommend using bubble mailers, kraft mailers, or poly bags to get the fully tracked option for this service.

  1. UPS Courier - We offer both the Standard and Express Saver shipping services through UPS Courier. This is a more affordable option for your larger and heavier packages. 

Remember to check out our list of prohibited items for U.S. shipping to prevent shipment troubles.

  1. Amazon FBA - Save up to 60% off on your shipments, made possible with Amazon’s partnered rates by accessing Stallion’s US address.

The shipping rate starts at $2.99 per package for us to drop off with UPS US, if it’s less than the 10 lb. mark. Delivery time is an average of 5 days, with the final mile delivery completed by UPS, Amazon’s partner carrier in the U.S.

If you’re worried about dealing with border clearance requirements, our team will be the one to handle the paperwork so you can focus on growing more prospects for your eCommerce store.

In addition, packages sent to us should have a declared retail value of $800USD or lower as per Stallion Express’ policies & procedures. There are no additional brokerage fees, but be sure to record the total amount as the retail value instead of the cost of items. Adding the ASIN (Amazon SKU) is recommended to prevent dilemmas at the border.

In a nutshell, FedEx USA is among the best choices for its low shipping cost and faster delivery times meant for bulkier and heavier shipments.

  1. US Returns (USPS) - Have your USPS returns streamlined and brought back to our Vancouver Branch on a weekly basis. 

USPS returns are uploaded to your Stallion dashboard within 24-48hrs after arrival to our US facility in Washington. Then, request to dispose of the shipment for a fee of $2.50 or request it back to Canada for a fee of $3.99. 

We encourage you to sign up for a free account to receive emails once we already launch this service along with other exciting plans coming up.

  • Domestic Shipping

Feeling wary about the shipping rates when sending over packages domestically? Worry no more, as the Team at Stallion is committed to bringing savings for eCommerce owners selling within Canada!

Expect your packages to be delivered around 4 to 8 business days in any part of the country while you save up to 50% when you ship with us! The final mile delivery will be completed by Canada Post, our national carrier.

  1. Stallion Economy Canada - If you’re eyeing unbeatable shipping costs with the final mile delivery taken care of by Canada Post, this service is something you should try.

With Stallion Economy Canada, you can check the status of your shipment by using our tracking page. The expected delivery times are 4 to 8 days.

To maintain the reasonable shipping costs, we line haul to the nearest Canada Post hub of the destination with 3 strategic Canada Post hubs for delivery: Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto. *This means the carrier tracking page may not update until the last few days of your shipment’s journey. 

  1. UPS Courier - We offer both the Standard and Express Saver shipping services through UPS Courier. Why spend a lot when you can save more?

UPS Standard is your go-to service if you don’t want to break the bank with full tracking from the carrier’s page. 

  • International Shipping

Expanding your online business has never been this gratifying with Stallion Express’ international shipping. Wherever your customers are, we can deliver your shipments as you grow your business across the globe.

The best part? You can save up to 80% with your packages when you try our service!

  1. APC - We help eCommerce owners reach their business's full potential with the help of APC Postal Logistics, our international partner carrier.

The shipment cost starts at $9, with the total fee depending on weight, dimensions, and destination country. The estimated delivery time to your buyer’s location is around 6 to 21 business days.

Getting Your Shipments To Us

  • Pickups
  1. Stallion Direct Pickup - Are you an enterprise client within the Greater Vancouver area, looking for daily pickups directly from Team Stallion? Just fill out this pickup form, and our customer support team will reach out to you.
  2. UPS Courier Pickup - Alternatively, with the cooperation of our partner carrier, you can now pay and book a pickup service using your Stallion account in just a few clicks. This is preferably for businesses that may not require a daily pickup.

Have your shipments consolidated by putting all individual packages in ready to ship condition (sealed with labels attached) and placed in a bigger box that is also sealed and ready to go!

  • Mail Your Shipments To Us

If you’re planning to mail your shipments, please keep in mind to address it to our Richmond Branch.

Like our pickup requirements, ensure to consolidate your packages by having each individual shipment sealed with labels attached, and put them in a larger box (also properly sealed and in a ready-to-ship condition). We recommend using our UPS Courier Standard service for mailing your items to us.
