Things are getting busier for us, and so does with your online business! To guarantee you won’t be missing on anything, we’re providing you a monthly wrap-up with the current news and updates related to Stallion.
Here’s a rundown of what happened last October:
This new label-generating service feature that launched on Wednesday, October 20 lets buyers from the U.S. send back their shipments to the seller/Stallion user then to our warehouse once they received the wrong items or product specifications.
Stallion U.S. Return Label is only applicable to USPS First Class or Priority service wherein the pricing varies by weight, dimensions, and package type.
Last Tuesday, October 5, the Team Stallion updated the store procedures on both Markham and Mississauga branches where services such as drop-offs, return pickup procedures, and shipping supplies pickups will all take place at the Stallion location’s entrance door.
We have also set up 3 parcel bins mainly for Domestic, U.S., and International shipments for faster drop-offs at our East Coast branches to easily sort your packages.
With the implemented change in EU VAT last July 1, another adjustment has been made with the VAT/IOSS policy at the beginning of Q4 due to the duplication of charges upon pickups.
If you’re shipping to EU countries, Team Stallion advises you to use APC DDP postage instead of DDU to experience faster delivery times with the same exceptional service.
Currently available at our B.C. branch, Stallion Express will soon launch a tracking feature across the Ontario region.
